Content Updates
Included in each of our monthly subscriptions we manage the content within each of our websites.
If you have any changes to the text and images, contact details or maybe want to add video to your page... please send all updates to updates@potent.com.au
Our regular turnaround for content updates is 2-3 Business Days. This may be extended during peak times and over holiday periods. If your changes are urgent please call 1300853557, and please leave a message if our on-call staff are not available at the time of your call.
If you have photo or video files to send to us, you can use our Sendfile system to upload (up to) 20 files at a time. Please simply include your details and directions on placement of the assets on the site.
TIP: for SEO and to help us identify the photos, we suggest naming all of the photo files with good descriptions.

If you are experiencing technical issues with your email or website, please contact us directly on support@potent.com.au so that our technical team can address your issue as efficiently as possible.

If instructed by our technical team we may require access to your computer to resolve the issue, in this case we use Splashtop remote access.
